H&M x Eytys Collection to Debut in the New Year

Whether you’re a lover of gender neutral clothing and shoes, or simply part of Eytys’ cult following, you’ll certainly want to be ready when the indie brand drops its line with H&M at the top of next year.

The collaboration will feature gender-neutral clothing, shoes, and accessories for adults, and a handful of items for children. Designed together by H&M’s in-house design team and Eytys, all the shoes have the distinctive Eytys sole, and the clothes are mostly boxy in shape with the intent to fit any silhouette. Each pair of shoes comes with a custom-designed box featuring artwork by painter Zoe Barcza.

“The collection is all about proportions—creating a distinct unisex silhouette by playing around with loose silhouettes and chunky architectural footwear. It’s the Eytys idea of a ‘generic’ look, one that is meant to elevate integrity, attitude and confidence,” said Max Schiller, Creative Director at Eytys, in a press statement.

The 34-piececollection uses an array of materials including cotton twill, nylon, suede, faux patent leather, and raw denim. With the exception of a few pops of mustard in shirts and shoes, the color palette is simple and muted. The collection will be available in select stores worldwide, and online everywhere on January 24, 2019.
